Post by andres huerta October 24th 2011, 10:26 pm

Hi guys,

I was hoping u could help me out, is there a way to bypass the user options for time in limits before user is considered offline? i have it at 60 but most of my users will stay for longer in the chat, is there a way to just make it infinite? or until session closed decided by user?

thanks for ur time and help

The time limit in the chatbox, I believe, can not be changed.

It doesn't really matter.
If someone is using the chatbox, and they haven't refreshed the page for over 60mins then yes they will be considered offline, but as soon as they click something or refresh, they are automatically logged in again, as if they were never even logged out.

This is correct, so based on the fact that if the user is chatting in the chatbox, the 60 minutes will start over. That shouldn't cause a problem for you.
