it has been a while since I logged into two of my boards I created and don't remember info

Ok I createda board and got called away to do a new job, I was away from the boards for about 6 months or so and I forgot the login and password. When trying to recover for that forum it says the security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security when I try and recover the password to log in.

I really would love to be able to log into the account but don't know how to go about to fix this issue, I was going to send a PM to mods here but it said I haven't reached the proper post limit. Kind of upset with myself for forgetting the info but any help to accomplish both problems would be appreciated.
