Solved How to Rename Navbar Name

Post by YoshiGM on October 26th 2011, 12:19 am

Today i found, is possible to change the Navigation bar Default Links with:

Code:

$(function() {
var x=$('a.mainmenu').get();
$(x[0]).text('Forum');
});

It works very good :wouhou:

But the image of the link doesn't appear Shocked

That is, if for example the link "Forum" I have an image of a soccer ball because the ball does not come out :S

That code is from my post in another thread i believe, isn't it?

This will leave the image intact:
Code:

$(function() {
var x=$('a.mainmenu').get();
var y=$(x[0]).find('img');
y[0].nextSibling.nodeValue="Forum";
});

Its bit of a fussy messy code for such a small outcome... but ah well.

Where it says 'x[0]' you need to change the number.
0 is the first thing in your navbar, 1 us the second thing in your navbar, 2 is the third and so on ...

Is there honestly no way to do this in the ACP? There must be...
