Stamping out PM support

ok, bare with me, its a good idea, but its going to be poorly worded

Id like to suggest that we have something put into our profile that clearly states that we do not support the concept of PM support.

It would be an addition to the Personalized profiles, in the sense that it would be added under (or above) the language/location bars, and would only be editable Admin.

This would help the forum by:

Clearly stating that we do not do PM Support, and that we have a support section for support purposes only.

It would also allow us that regularly visit the support forum to have a less cluttered PM box, and have less c**p to handle.

We would also have more time to provide support to those that really need it.

Of cause, this would also go along brilliantly with the graphics requests, as I know they have their chime bells to members.

It would be well promoted around the forum as many members would have it on their profile, making it a great reminder to those who do ask for support via PM, and then all members AND staff have it, not just in their signature


This turned out better than I thought, I suppose I just needed the right idea

Support shouldn't be in PM's no matter what anyways. The only thing I could say is: Support is suppose to be in the support section.

I don't handle support in PM's as they won't help others find their answer.

Some staff members have that in their signature anyway, but I don't see how it can hurt for everyone to have it in their profile. Voted yes.
