That's in the homepage message, so do this:

It'd be in forum_body or something similar. I'm not at my computer right now do I can't give a step by step. If you find something in JavaScript that looks like the homepage message you should be able to add the clock code there. I can give you further assistance in this in about 6 hours when I'm back home, or another member can assist you.

i think you can edit the template try this: Go to your ACP >> Display >> Templates there as drogba921 said there should be a forum_body so find it and edit it ...
