By all means I do not want to take credit for his hard work. That screenshot is for reference and that alone.

I would like to know how to use that type of format inside of a regular topic, like this one. I want to know if it is essential to pay for this type of thing or what. Also I want to know how does one go about posting regular text over such an image.

Please, understand, I will not copy his work and claim it for my own.

The forum link you provided above uses a custom-made theme created by the owner(s) of the forum. I believe it has been highly modified by using CSS. Wink

If you're talking about the post's content, then that was made by using the table feature of BBCodes. You don't have to pay for that.
