hello, i want to change the reputation bar alt text from "Message reputation: 100% (3 votes)" to "This has received 3 thanks". possible?

im using phpbb2

I don't know if you can change this , but you can change only + ( plus ) and - ( minus ) with some images.

Hello,

Go to your A-CP => Display => Templates => General => viewtopic_body and find this <!-- BEGIN switch_bar --> then you will see this <div class="vote-bar" title="{postrow.displayed.switch_vote_active.L_VOTE_TITLE}"> replace that with this <div class="vote-bar" title="Hello World"> and remember to change the text and Save & Publish.

Thats not the ALT attribute, thats the TITLE attribute.
And if you use the method above i suggest keeping that variable somewhere within the post since it holds information of how many people have voted.
