how do i remove this grey bar? i tried all the colours

Now they are bright orange bars


how do i also put the special rank title above the picture i used for the special rank as opposed to below it

I don't see any grey bars when I visit your forum. Is the forum in the screenshot a different forum than that of the one you provided?
