Can't send private messages to usergroups or add multiple users to pm

When trying to send private messages to groups or multiple users, the forum buttons do not work for these features. This includes 'add a user + button', the 'find a user' button, and the usergroup drop down menu. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What exactly do you mean it does not work? What happens after you hit + ?

Thank you for the reply sanket. To be more specific: The drop down box for usergroups is grayed out, the + sign for add another recipient does not add another field, and the find username depresses but no pop up box for searching appears. This was brought to my attention by one of my mods so I know it is not an issue with my own computer settings/browser.

What browser are you both using?

Thanks sanket the problem seems to have been resolved. BTW the browsers were explorer and firefox.
