Page Not Found

Hello,

My friend was using forumotion 2 days ago, she went to bed then the next day when she got online it won't let her access forumotion, point blank. She has tried to visit several different forums through forumotion. It keeps coming up page not found. Any suggestions on what to do?

She has flushed her IP address, rebooted her router and modem, emptied her cookies and cache. I tried having her go through proxy but I'm not sure I had her do it right. This is on all computers in her house. She can't access any forum. Help please???

If this is on all computers she tried, she using the same ip at the all of the computers?

Could the user try logging into another network from Starbucks, work, school?

She doesn't work, so the soonest she would be able to do anything like that would be sometime next week. Is there something else she could try? Oh and she just checked, she can get to the forums with her phone but not any of the pc's in her house.

It could be a ISP issue. Try calling the ISP and see if they somehow blocked their customers from entering Forumotion.

Ok, she called the ISP and they have nothing blocked. I read somewhere about a 404 error Page Not Found and there is a repair tool for it, Does that ever help that you know of? Or any other suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Maybe her internet bugged, bevouse i have same problems sometimes, so i just turn off my internet modem and turn it on again.

She tried turning it off and it still says Page Not Found Error 404

Can she also connect to any other website (eg: facebook, google, amazon, yahoo ect) without issues?

She isn't home at the moment but I will get her to do that when she gets home. But yes she can get on any site other than forumotion. Thank you all for helping

Ok she can get to the forum using that link but it won't let her sign in or anything, our forum is private and we only let members in that we know, any way we can bypass this or fix it so she can get on?
