Post And Topics Do Not Appear

Hi there, on one of my forums the amount of posts and topics inside the forum is not visible. Only the posts you've made recently are counted.



It says there is zero topics and 1 post in that Rules and Announcements section though in reality there are more topics and posts in there. How do I fix this problem.

Is it still happening?

Yes, sometimes it doesn't show the last post in the section. Right now my Random Forum says Topics: 4, Posts: 22, Last Post: Nothing.

Its not a live thing, wherein the number of topics/posts get updated within seconds. However, even if after sometime it shows the same no of posts/topics you can try to resync the forum. https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/resynchronizing-your-forum-t50777.htm
