CSS problem Empty CSS problem

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I enter codes into the CSS stylesheet they don't appear to be working.

I wanted to add a glow to certain members usernames, I used this link below to help.

It could be your browser (IE, Chrome, Opera, etc.). Some browsers do not support the coding for glowing usernames. Try using a different browser and see if it works.

1 Question...just to make sure....did you save it?

Cause lots of people have this problem and they don't save....just making sure.


if you did...try using Chrome...that's what i use and i see everything...or i think Firefox is the same too.
