DSN is not replying

I have a member whom lives in Turkey whom cannot access the forum -- she never could. I had created a Username and Password for her thinking that would help the matter, but whenever she visits the site she keeps getting the following message:
DSN is not replying

Is there anything I can do or she can do to fix this problem?

I am not sure if it will help, however you can ask her to try this at her own risk.

Start>Run
In the window that comes up type in the little box 'cmd'
then 'enter'
A window will pop up, type in
'ipconfig/flushdns'
then 'enter' again
It will report back that it has 'successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache'.

See if it works.

the Turkish government applied strict censorship of citizens in terms of internet access and especially to our forums which are a means of self expression that scares them ... thats why many of our members from Turkey can not directly access our services.

we can not do anything about it unfortunately because it is the policy of a country. However, they can use proxys...

Yes, although there are many out on the web.

I didn't post back to back. I merely edited that 1 post yesterday.

Thanks Godfather, the proxy was successful, our Turkish member is on now. Problem solved!
