Link a forum

How do you link a forum so that instead of it going to topics it goes to a website.

For example I might have a forum called Our Facebook Group, and we would want people to click on it and get directed to the facebook group.

My forum is http://beyondthepoint.pro-forum.co.uk/

On some forums, you can link them so that it re-directs to a website.

(By forum I mean a forum in a category)
