Servimg File deletion issues

Hello all

Iam new to this forum, iam trying find out what is the way to delete files from servimg. The file goes to trash folder after deletion but still remains there. Also if your account is closed, still the file remains in the URL, is there anyway this can be deleted. I am not able to understand where does the problem lie.

Can inputs be given.

Logon onto servimg.com & delete the files/images from there.
