Forum Access help (Last resort)

Okay I made this forum back in 2013 which is really two years ago.

When I created this forum I had started out with my personal email address. I ended up changing it to what I thought was a fake email address, which turns out to be someone elses address after I attempted to make the emailaddress myself yesterday evening to reset my password. I have no record of my used password in any personal documents.

Without an actual email set under this website connected to the Username Granite I have no other way with out jeopardizing my forum it's self to recover my password.

So this brings me to one last resort option. Can the online guardian retrieve the password set to my account on this perticular forum an also change the email address that had been set for this account.???

Note: Seemingly fake email address was used because parents did not like the idea of using my personal email address. Using other peoples emails was never my intention when making sites.

In this case, please follow the steps outlined in case 5 of this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password . Under current foundation email give the fake one and under new foundation email address provide the one you want it changed to. You can send the pm to any staff member on the list at the bottom of that tutorial.

This still emains a work in progress but I'd like to mention that When attempting to send the email to reset the pass word this message comes up.

I have already sent this form to him.Not much progress has been made.

This needs to be handled by pm.

Please note that the changing of the foundation email address via our tools can take a day or two as it requires a pro admin to make the changes serverside. Please be patient, I am sure SLGray is doing all he can to help you and will inform you when the process as been completed.

Great news! I have managed to remember the password to the forum. I now have access to my admin panel. There is no need to change it manually. I will however go ahead and still change the email and most deffinatly write down the pw for the coming future. Thanks again for working so hard to assist me with this. My apologies for all the trouble if there was any.
