forgot my admin pass or someone change it need help to get it back already send a message to Typlo but he haven't respond to it can some help me PLEASE

You have to wait until he responds. If you don't get any response within 2 days then PM MrMario with the details. He is more likely to retrieve you with a new password.

ok but i am also getting treads of people saying they are going to hack a don't know if they already did

If you do get hacked, you can restore your forum via the utilities & update your password via MrMario and return the forum to before the hacking date

You mean that you can backup your forum? What if the hacker injects your topics? I mean you need to be able to backup your forum offline (on your PC) in order to restore it. I heard that the hackers changed their attacks recently if there isn't a way to backup your Database+forum.php then we can all say farewell to our wonderful forums.
Do you know a way to backup those? I heard that Typlo won't let us do it. So this is a lost case.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
