Sometimes my forum is not accessible. Its appears followin message.

500 Server Error

Hello, i have that problem too.

I have Time Request or i see nothing and the browser has problems with loading.

I hope this problem will solved soon.

It says page not found and directs me to this ask.com website and says that it couldn't find the link to my forum in the webpage results.... I thought my forum was deleted....

Will this server being down cause the Admins of our forums not be able to sign in? I know i am typing the user name and password correctly.

"You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password"

I know that the server keeps going up and down, but would that cause this problem? It was working GREAT last night. I'm a first time user.

I have that too. I see now that the names by the posts are gone, also the avatar and ranks.

And if i click on the forum to go to a topic, i see this:
"Could not obtain post information"

You don't see the usernames on my forum by the topics. I can't login. Euhm.. i hope that you will listen, because this an other thing than a broken server and the forums are gone.

Ok, this morning I woke up and found that on my forum, All the topics that had been posted in sections were gone!!! How do I make them come back??

Here is what I mean.



In the sections where it is empty it used to say last topic by: USERNAME.
And when I press on the section it says no topic.

Help Please.

if you need urgent solution back UP your forum for 1 day or for the day all your posts were there.

if tehnicians don't respond soon that's your only solution.

As you can see it shows that there are 12 replies in one forum, but when i open it is clearly empty(without topics)...
Did i lost those topics forever and can back up option help me to retrieve them?

how do i back up my forum if i cant log in??

everything seems to be going pearshaped

and i said forget password it saying this mail not found
