We can't have access to the forums database. The only thing you can do is use this

Founder's utilities to restore your board:

    https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

This is a back-up system that saves your forums information.

I know i have asked this before but i still don't know the answer, How frequently is a back up created? I have gone into the admin site and looked at the back ups that are there. the most recent one is from October, Is this normal or should the back ups be more regular?

Should be 24 hours or so. It could be that you haven't done anything to your forum for a while so there is no need to back it up.

I just completed a major upgrade last week, that's one of the reasons i really want to get this fixed. I thought there was somewhere in the admin section on the forum that had something to do with backing it up?

There is no way of doing your own backup. I can ask someone that works at Forumotion to see whats going on with your backup but the only thing is that he isn't online till Monday.

I'll leave it open if any other user has the same question. You can go ahead and PM me the forum url and I can also add it to the post I gave Typlo to.

I will let MrMario open up his PM again, rather than confuse Typlo with the info coming from someone else.

    Hello,

Backups aren't fully operational for the time being, we only have backups up to October.
I'll notice you when they will be back.
