Rules.
General Rules
1 ) There is to be no Salnderous, Defamatory, Discriminative or Sexually orientated posts
any of the sort will be deleted, archieved and reported, resulting in an IP ban and a report to higher authorities.
2 ) There is to be no Religious, Ethinic and Heated debates
- Keep your thoughts to yourself unless revolved around a topic of non offensive interest.
any of the sort will be classed as breaking rule '1)'
3 ) There is to be no off topic posts, keep to the correct forums.
any off topic posts will be deleted and a warning issued.
4 ) There is to be no Spam what so ever.

5 ) Respect for members and staff is Obligatory
if you have a problem with our staff or a member, please report it to an administrator.
6 ) There is to be no 'power exploitation' or 'Supremacy'
all members are equal, and only 'adimistrators' may have the last word, unless any rules are breeched
7 ) SMS style typing and deliberate mistakes must be avoided.
Everybody must be able to understand what you write, so put maximum care in your English.
8 ) Always do a search before posting.
A search should be done to see if your questions and ideas have not been already posted.
9 ) Your tilte must always relate to your post.
Titles such as 'urgent' 'sos' 'help now!' will not be tolerated. Captitals must also be avoided.
10 ) Always be clear and accurate with your questions and statements
everybody should have ease reading and understanding your post.
11 ) Never use capitals and bold in a post
these are reserved for moderators, you may use them in the 'caresheets' and 'animal conservation' sections Only.
12 ) Avoid posting twice on one topic.
only post twice as a 'bump' after a 24 hour partition.
13 ) Never post single word answers or single smileys.
this classes as flooding a type of 'spam' which breaks '4)'

Chabox Rules
There is to be none of the following:-
Advertising a forum
► Permanent ban from the CB.
Advertising a website (Giving a link without a good reason is not allowed)
► Ban from the ChatBox, the duration will be chosen by the moderator..
Threats
► Permanent ban from the CB, and member warned, or banned from the forum depending on the severity of the charges
Support (asked directly or link given to a topic of the support forum)
► Warning, and if committed again ban from the ChatBox for a duration chosen by the moderator (48h for example).
Use of SMS language
► Ban from the CB in case of abuse for a duration chosen by the moderator.
Flood
► Ban from the CB in case of abuse for a duration chosen by the moderator.
Members are allowed to use color in the chatbox , BUT not BOLD. Bold is reserved strictly for the staff members residing in the chatbox
► Ban from the ChatBox, the duration will be chosen by the moderator.
Members with vision problems, can use the bold function. If and only if they ask permission of a chatbox moderator first.
► Ban from the CB
Its advised to speak only in english on the CB. Foreign languages can be reserved for jokes.
► Kicked from the CB.
No support questions
► Ban from the CB, the duration will be chosen by the moderator.
No requests via the CB
► Ban from the CB, the duration will be chosen by the moderator.

Well this is probally the most obvious of updates and announcements.
The forums itself have completed its Graphical and Systematic updates.
Please feel free to suggest new things to be added to the forums, or question the changes via pm to ME

Forum Widgets.
I have added forum widgets on the right hand side of the forums, this will help navigation and provides infomation about the forum and affiliates.
More on the widgets is that i have practised HTML editing with the 'shortcuts' and 'ranks' hopefully this will be put into practise later on
this also marks the first change since the creation of the forums, and my massive graphical update.

New Forum
I have added a new 'introduction' forum for users to get to know each other and get to know the newest users.
New Forum Pictures
I have also replaced a few icons for forums, such as the reptile forum which changed from a gecko to a tortoise, also the bug forum was changed from a spider, creepy crawl
, to a butterfly.

Behind the scenes.
With our first behind the scenes we bring future updates and news.
Social Bookmarking.
In aid of forum advertisement, Petorum will be added to key social websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Bebo, Myspace, Etc.
This means i will be looking for key individuals to look after these sites as i could not possibly control them all myself, those who offer themselves, and I believe are reliable, will earn themselves control over that website and granted a special rank on the forums.

I will soon be coding some more personal widgets and am in need of your assistance, in the suggestions section of the forums, you will find an announcement post named 'Forum Widgets' here I need you to post suggestions on what widgets you would like and what you believe would make your life that little bit easier on petorum forums.

Video Advertisement

Forum shops section has been added, and the first shop is under going construction. this will soon be opened and Users will be able to buy pets with their petorum forum points

Petorum Pets
I have added a pet shop to the forum shop section, here you can trade in your petorum points for baby animals which you can grow, however there are currently only "Birds"
I have made more yet they need to be uploaded which is currently an issue, so wait and see the new pets avalible!
*note: i have used the pictures from the net so you may see them around, i have not passed any copy right "as i know" if you believe i have please PM me and they will be removed.*
Affiliate Changes
Our current affiliates, Realm:RPG, seem to have gone dormant, i will contact the current owner and see whether this 'rough' time will be short, if not we may have to remove them.
