Domain Name

I received an e-mail stating that the purchased domain name would be available in the next hours and every time I use the domain name in the address bar, it is directed to a forumotion page which searches for the domain name, and it says the forum does not exist. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you received an email saying the domain would be available in the next few hours, you may need to wait for a few hours before the domain is available

Also, check your Forumotion Administration Panel in the Forum Domain section and see if your domain is in effect. You can try to activate the setting "Force Redirect," in which all URLs of your previous domain will be redirected to your new domain
