If your talking about what said slg:
Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Profiles => Profile fields => General options => Profile general options:
Activate advanced profile : Yes
Tabs to display : Visitor messages

If you're talking about new field on forumotion Support: No Support via PM. just add a custom field. Add

Administration Panel => Modules => Portal & Widgets => Forum widgets management => Forum widgets general options => Display forum widgets : Yes. Save. Then click "Create a widget" and complete fields like this:

Widget name : Official support forums
Use a table type : Yes
Widget title : Official support forums
Widget source * :

Code:: [img]Image_Url[/img] [b]Official support forum 1[/b] [img]Image_Url[/img] [b]Official support forum 2[/b] [img]Image_Url[/img] [b]Official support forum 3[/b] [img]Image_Url[/img] [b]Official support forum 4[/b]

Save.

Then you'll find: Existing widgets and Personal widgets. Click Personal widgets, then you'll find your widget. Hold mouse and put the widget in one column.
