Brand New Forum and links(url)are not working!

i even made sure in preferences that html IS permitted.
OUR NEW FORUM
and used the button for insert url too.

1. Administration Panel => General => Messages and emails => Configuration => Messages => Allow HTML : Yes;

2. Profile => Preferences => Always allow HTML : Yes;

3. When you posting make sure that Disable HTML in this post - OPTIONS is not checked.

I'm having this problem with my forum. Half of the links in pieces that I post work and the others don't. I manually insert them with all the relevant codes. When I go to preview, they're removed. Others aren't affected at times. I'll manually reinsert them, preview the post and they're gone. Again, other links don't change. This has been happening for a couple weeks now and never had happened before.

Very annoying. What's up with this?
