im having problem with my application form. before this code was working but now its not working. can somebody help me with this code?

Because Of a recent update the quick reply has more hidden input fields now.
Authorisation fields which are unique. Your HTML does not include these fields and hence it isn't working.

All browsers gassy. As I explained its because to post a message now the authorisation values must also be sent to the server. When you post with quick reply (or any other editor) these authorisation values are in a hidden input field. And on the op's HTML.. They are not.
