Google Webmaster tool problems

how come my website doesn't have a keyword at my webmaster tool?

Then go to Administration Panel => General => Forum promotion => Search engines => Additional tags => Other Meta Tags : => Add type : Select first.

I already added meta tag.. but, how can I add Keyword? It doesn't have keyword at my google webmaster tool.. huhuhu! Look at the screenshot i took,

Tried this can't get it to be verified by Google. Keep getting verification failed. im going nuts. Any ideas anyone please!

P.S. do you add the full meta tag to the first box or do you divide the name part and content part between the 2 boxes?
