Not All My PMs Are Being Recieved?

Hello, I am having problems with private messages not making there way to all my members? Now some do go through,but not many. I did go into my Outbox and checked to see how full it was, it said only 25-35% full. So I deleted these messages thinking there may of been a glitch. Did I stop these private messages from getting sent when I did this? I have almost 120 members from all over. I also tried to Pm all members once and found out that doesnt work . So I have been sending out emails to all members, even tho I need only to reach certain members each time.

If you have any suggestions my eyes and ears are open.

Yea I havent been getting any Pm's and the only messages my members get is the Welcome message.I think we need a technician...
