Its possible. Before two weeks I had customized scrolling bar. But the code wasnt perfect, because it wasnt meant for forumotion board. Unfortunately I deleted the code from my css, and it wasnt saved. Search in google for scrollbar tutorials, and copy the codes from there. Place them in your css and customized it. Smile

Go to Admin Panel>>Display>>Colors>> and scroll down the page and you will see a place to change or add scrolling bar colors.
