group ranks

please help me! only the group mods get the rank but not the members how do i get the members have the ranks???

You can create a rank, without createa a group. Like on this forum, I have the Helper rank, yes? But I can't moderate, or do something that can't do other simple members. After creating a rank, go to Users & Groups => Users => Search users => => Search at the bottom to check the rank of the user.
