emails evertime someone replys

My self and members have all just started getting a email every time someone replies to any post they have made , we have not altered anything , whats happened ??

Ive read reports that this has been resolved within the hour just gone, and the techs/devs have integrated several fixes for this today.

Is it fixed for everyone now?

Not fixed for us, we also have another problem on top of the one listed here. Some users who have selected to be emailed when they receive a new private message are not receiving the requested emails.

My site is also having this problem. I notified my members to check their profiles.
I did get email notifications even after I changed my preference.

However I posted this morning as a test and did not get an email.

Also, stop watching the topics in profile preferences. Specific topics, which keep sending you the email.

We still get email notifications even after we changed the preference to NO and we deleted the special topics which keep sending the email but wel still get email notifications.

Iv'e applied all the necessary steps to stop it, but still getting emails.

I didn't do anything but the emails stopped by themselves.

Then do this: Go to your forum > Profile > Preferences > Always notify me of replies : NO.... Notify by e-mail when a new message has arrived in my inbox : NO... and SAVE

Issue seems to have resolved itself with no further action on our site.
