Spam header

My forum has a spam header. I don't know how it got there. My forum is only 1 day old and I did not add it. Any suggestion on how to get rid of it?

I have this ad that will not go away. It was not there in the begining. It just showed up.

That is an advertisement. Have you used credits to remove ads?

To remove advertisements, you need credits.

Administration Panel > Misc > Credit Management
