Slow uploading of the photos

Hi everybody. I have a problem with showing photos on the forum. It takes for ever for the photos to be visible when you open a thread. Most people are using Imageshack for their photos. Is there away to solve this problem?

If you go tto the admin panel >> general >> message & emails >> configuration

you have an option to resize the images posted on your forum
If you reduce the size it will be faster to load !
