Solved video embed javascript

Hi guys. I'm a newbie at this, so please help me or redirect me to any tutorial about posting video on my forum.

I have:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.ilive.to/embed/23637&width=480&height=360&autoplay=true"></script>

What should I do next to make it visible in my topics or in the home page?

Any help much appreciated!
