Credit Refund..

I just bough my credits to get my own domain, at first it was available not it seems to be taken, no point of using my credits no more.. and also I cant transfer my forum data to a pro site... I need to know how to return the credits and get my money back thank you.

Couldn't you just choose a different domain? Or spend the credits on storage/ads? I know of no method to get a refund for credit purchases. A forumotion admin might know, though.

it's useless I cant transfer my data or anything, I also wanted that specific domain thats why I was paying they can have their credits back I want my 21$ dollars back

From what I am aware of there is no refund. In the future you might want to check to see if a domain is already taken before you buy anything.

the Cp told me the domain was available and now is not, I want my refund!.. you guys are a bunch of scammers

This is why you want to use Whois.net to look up a domain or enter the domain name yourself in the address bar. The tool isn't always correct as things get bought pretty quick since its a big market.

This is not the fault of Forumotion or their staff, it is particularly your fault. Make sure to look up if the domain you are looking to obtain is not already being used, you can do this by going to the link below, Whois.com, make sure to type in the domain name you are looking to obtain.

As MrMario said, there's no refund.

I undersand your disappointment. But there's no need to be rude or angry, since you buy credits and you use it for what you want. If in the meantime, the domain name you were looking for has been taken, Forumotion isn't responsible.

Your credits are not lost and will remain available for anything else you wanna get, at anytime.

wow, I just went threw my Misc into History It says " Paypal Transaction Cancelled. Credits Number: -2000 " I check my paypal I dont have my money. SO you will take your credits back but wont return my money??? wow you guys are unbelievable

That sounds like a PayPal issue.

I don't think ForuMotion takes credits back.

So why do I have -2000 credits you took you credits back and it says Paypal Transaction Cancelled as an action for forumotion.... ? weres my money -_-
