People can't register at my forum.

People are reporting that there's no registration link on my forum: I have no idea how to make it public, my forum is here:

also I don't know if my forum is phgBB 2 or whatever - how do I find out what type of forum I have?

Check here to see if you have the rights for guests to see your navigation menu:
Administraion Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Nvaigation
Press the modify button () by each one you want. Then check this -
Rights [] Administrators [] Moderators [] Members []Guests

I am phpBB2 (subsilver).

It says my users have rights. I can't seem to see an easy way to register either when I log out of my admin panel - still confused.

Is the Guests box checked too for the log in? I can not see any of the navigation menu.

Also can I give someone else admin abilities to help me construct the forum, or can only one person be admin?

Did you add any codes or change anything recently?
You can add more members to the administrator group.

All I changed was some graphics and added some forums - that's about it.

Looking at my forum, can you see a registration link? I am getting rather confused and can't see what I've done wrong... shouldn't this all be seamless if all I did was change some graphics and colours?

Now I have a friend who says her name is taken, but I can't seem to find it when I search for registered users.

I still can't seem to see my friend's username there - is it perhaps the username is too small? It's five letters long - her name has not appeared, but even when I try and register it it says "username registered".
