How do you put a Paypal button on your forums header/footer? Also how do you get rid of ads and change your domain name.

To add a paypal button at the footer of your forum. Since you are using phpbb2.

Display>Templates>General
overall_footer_end
Find this part,
Code:
<!-- END switch_footer_links -->
         </div>
         {PROTECT_FOOTER}
      </td>
   </tr>
</table>
After this part, add your paypal button code.
Save.

Then Publish the template.

Also the paypal button is HTML I think this is the code:

<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="QC6KR8CH9G7HJ">
<input type="image" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_donateCC_LG.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online!">
<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
