Seprete Sign Up Link?

I'm wondering if it's possible to have member sign up to my site through an extrenal Link.

Example-

Guest visits our Facebook Page and wants to sign up for the site through a facebook link persay.

So like this- Facebook-Sign-Up-Links To Sign Up Of Site But Doesn't Take You To Site-Site Uses That Account Made As A Account On Site Also

no not the login... i mean like is there a way i could get ppl to sign up through another link but the link is associated with the site

You would only be able to use the standard link that the forum provides to register.
