I was wondering if someone could help me find a code where I can set the temperature and the phase of the moon?

I am working on a werewolf rpg site and I just trying to add some widgets which will reflect the current weather in the world as well as the phase of the moon. But I need it to be that I can set it myself.

I've looked for some but was wondering if anyone knew of any that could be customized. I have not been able to find any yet.
