This can be achieved through Ranks Administration.

Users & Groups < Ranks < Rank Administration

Once there,

Click "Add new Rank"

Give it a title, like "Owner" - this is what will be displayed below the username.

Click "Set as Special Rank" - this will make it to where only special users will have it, if you do not select this, then the rank will be accessible when the user reaches the post amount that you specified for that rank.

Now, just put the rank image - this will be below the rank like seen in the picture.


To assign this rank to a user, go to their profile in the admin panel and scroll all the way down.

Assign them the rank through the drop down list.
