FMCHATBOX not working Empty FMCHATBOX not working

I installed popup chatbox of FM , but when i click the button on the bottom right corner of my forum which says CHATBOX, nothing opens... i added the new CRITICAL UPDATE html code too! but nothing happens.. please help Very Happy

Did you add the JAvascript? and is the JAvascript Enabled?
