New forum, Second time in a week new people can not regester

So I am killing my self marketing this page and the page will not let "SOME" new users in.

It says it will not except their email addy.

When I tried to register it wouldn't accept my email address.

If there is no good resolution to this problem I will have to take my forum else where. I really do not want to do that but what choice will I have?
The last time I posted this the user was able to sign in with a different email and the problem was skirted. That email was from att.net.
