PunBB Chatbox popup message when a member logs into the chatbox?

I'm not asking for a popup chatbox, just a code to bring up a message when someone posts on the chatbox.

My members mainly use gaming consoles which have very outdated flash, and javascript to post on my site. The FMChat is far too advanced for them to use. BTW please keep the current chatbox version as an option when you update it, because it draws many people who don't even have a PC due to its simplicity, and the ability to work with practically any device that can browse the web! Very Happy

Are there any scripts to create a simple pop-up like the birthday messages or when you get a new PM, only this pop-up will only activate when someone joins the chat?
