What would you guys suggest as software for making a nice banner, icons, graphics, and background. i love how these people made there forum site. i haven't done lots of this stuff since high school and i need to get back into web design just don't remember much of it. If you guys/gals don't mind giving me some pointers of where to look for this type of stuff.

Best software for graphics is Adobe Photoshop.
