1 member having logging in problems
She keeps getting a message saying shes been blocked (blocked due to suspicious activity related to your account.) when she attempts to log in to the forum, she hasnt been blocked by any of the admin, her password has been reset some 4+ times now and we (admin) have tested it and it logs her in fine, then when she attempts to it doesnt let her.
Any ideas as we are confused.
Thanks.

Hi,
The message that the member gets should say too: To unlock it please complete the form. Did the member complete it?

Ok, shes going to attempt what you suggested.
Any ideas what made this happen in the beginning?

Re: 1 member having logging in problems
I have just had a third member contact me with the same problem. With the first two users I reset their passwords twice as it kept happening to them and where they were asked to unblock with the confirmation code it kept telling them they were getting it wrong. Have reset their passwords again now and they are able to log in but I now have another user that is blocked. I have turned off the new anti spam system to see if that gets her in without having to keep resetting passwords.
