connecting ftp to website

hello, i have mods i would like to add to my website through an ftp transfer. i was just wondering if anybody could tell me what i need to connect with the website.

You can't connect to FTP on forumotion.

You can not add server-side Modifications to Forumotion forums. If you'd like to add such mod's then you'll need to download a full forum package and host it on a server of your own.
FTP is out of the question with Forumotion.
