Can anyone make me a button in GIF without any background behind that says in black "New" and flashes in blue thank you in advance.

There's a problem. The buttons are too big can you make them smaller??? Thank you so much and sorry for the inconvinience.

10PT font size same desing but a little smaller than the one you made for me if you need more details please tell me same as this one but smaller Flashing button. 12fb6

I want to put the button next to where it says how many users there are online. Do you know if I can put it in the middles instead on the left side. Is it possible to change the position?
