Forumotion Domain Name
Hello,
I have a question about domain names bought by forumotion. I was given a domain name by forumotion for having an active forum or whatever, and it recently expired. Will forumotion offer to renew it or do I have to buy credits to renew it? My forum is quite active (or was until the domain expired) and now most members can't get to it because they don't know the original domain, only our expired domain (fantageforum.com).
I'd just really like to know if forumotion could renew it since they bought it in the first place...

You can check in the admin panel if the renewal for the forum is still offered for free due to the activity of your forum.

Re: Forumotion Domain Name
I have looked and we do not have the option, just to renew for 1600 credits. (I checked before posting this topic as well).
It's a bit weird because we have had quite an active forum with almost 200,000 posts but only an average of 229 posts a day.
Does this mean that I won't be able to get the domain renewed by forumotion? basically means my forum is out of luck.

Yes, for free you wont get it. You need to spend credits.
