How to add language tool?

I'm Vietnamese so to type a message in Vietnamese I have to turn on Unikey

Can I add Unicode to forum for automatic "Enable" in forum??

You can add the Google translator tool.
Since your using phpbb2, I would set the code up as you want it,'
Then add to your forums over all header template,click save then go back and publish.

i didn't mean a translator
i mean Unicode is a program which allow me type symbols like these â, ơ, ô,ê, ứ, ù, à, ạ etc.

Other then that i am unsure, looks like i have seen a few things you can add to your computer to enable you to type in unicode, Like in a note pad,text file.. then you can copy and past in to your forums post.

But to have it installed for your site/forum.. you will have to do some searching for that.. May be the links abaove will help a little?
