How do you add an off topic fourm
I cant figure this out im wanting to add an Off topic fourm topic thingy and i look in the Administator panel and i cant find it at all can i have some help here?

Create a forum:
Go to ACP > General > Forum > Categories and Forum > Click .
Then add a forum name, put 'Off Topics', etc.

If you mean a forum where post count is turned off, sorry it is not possible to turn off post count.

No i ment emarks thanks though and their was another thing i was wondering for the legend for the members stuff am i able to put recruit, junior member , Full member etc....

Yes you can.
Go to Admin CP > User and Groups > Ranks > Rank Administration > Create a new rank:
Fill up and edit the following:
Then save.
So for example, if you set the 'Minimum Post' to 50, once they achieve 50 posts, they will have the rank you created with the 'minimum post' of 50.
Then if you create a new rank and set the 'Minimum Post' to 200, once they achieve 200 posts, they will have the rank you created. And so on, just do the following instruction again if you want to create more ;D.
And btw, follow slg, create a new topic if you have another problems .

Set as Special Rank: No
Minimum Post: (Set here the number of post, once they achieve the number of post, they will be promoted to this rank)
