Solved how to allow guests to download attachements

Hi,

i would like to be able to let quest download attachments from a specific forum.

however when i go into the forum permissions the box to allow this to happen is greyed out and cannot be selected and i cant seem to find a way to allow this to happen.


can some please assist me?
