Yes exactly that im trying to find it i have looked and looked everywhere help could be appreciated asap!

Try using the Utilities, by signing in using the Email, you used to create the Forums. & It'll tell you above the information:

Example:

Utilities for Nameofforum.foromotion.net

Or you can wait until an Administrator to help you out or provide further help.

Have you checked your emails? You normally receive an email when you register a new forum containing all your details. Please change your title.
